In early March, Òscar Pérez, technician from Matrix Injection Moulds and Tools quality department, visited FES technology center to test and improve the process of 3D measuring machinery. For Matrix, it is a pleasure to teach non-profit institutions, as Eduard Soler Foundation is, our know-how. Both institutions, Matrix and FES, are part of the legacy of Eduard Soler, a local entrepreneur and visionary of industrial trends. Eduard Soler died in 2000, but his charisma and technological spirit still lives on in Ripoll.

On March 11th, Matrix Injection Moulds and Tools has received the visit of Phd, Pedro Nueno. The visit to the company Matrix Injection Mold has been part of the strategic program to establish the 2030 agenda for the city of Ripoll. Pedro Nueno is a Technical Architect, Industrial Engineer and Doctor of Business Administration from Harvard University. He is also Professor of Entrepreneurship at IESE and CEIBS. He is the founder and Honorary President of the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), leading school of business in Asia, with campuses in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Accra and Zurich.

Mechanization students from IES La Garrotxa has visited Matrix Injection mould facilities. Josep Sitjar, production manager, has explained metal and steel transformation, and has shown the machinery. Students has enjoyed the visit, they has taken the opportunity to see the best cnc milling and grinding machines.
