Our Engineers who works for you and with you, can develop customized concepts according to your needs, they will prepare feasibility studies for each separate project in order to identify the advantages of various different solutions.
The layout and design work is carried out with highperformance 3D-CAD/CAM systems by Siemens NX and also Solid Edge. They are also fully familiar with special engineering task such as filling simulations and finite element calculations using Moldex 3D software.
CNC Milling and Jigboring machines
During injection mould manufacturing time, our quality department assures the steel dimensions of every sampling step to meet you requirements, in terms of final piece performance and process consistency. On the other hand, our quality team also measures the final parts produced during the mould trials providing you with the full dimensional report, using the most advanced and updated CMM and quick vision equipment.
In order to improve the performance of the mold and obtain the minimum cycle time, many resources are devoted to research and development, such as the improvement of hot runners, cooling circuits, or the choice of materials and adequate surface treatment.
At the customer's request, and thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery, we are able to produce pre-series which allow us to control the mols performance for a longer period of time.
At our technological center, we test all molds and carry out the set up.
The high quality of our machines, as well as a comprehensive cooling system, enable us to thorouglhly verify all injection parameters, work cycles,... agreed with the customer.
Our facilities are prepared to rapidly receive and adapt an injection machine, and peripheral robots provided by our customer, in order to put the mold and the production process ready.
